End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: January 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is between you ("User" or "you") and Wasatch Cleaners ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Wasatch Cleaners Booking System ("Application"), including booking services, making payments, or interacting with our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides:

• Online booking for residential and commercial cleaning services
• Invoice generation and management
• Payment processing through QuickBooks Online integration
• Appointment scheduling and communication

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use the Application only for lawful purposes
• Pay for services rendered according to the agreed terms
• Provide safe access to your property for cleaning services

4. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through our integration with QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.):

• Invoices are generated after service completion
• Payment is due within the timeframe specified on your invoice
• Accepted payment methods are determined by QuickBooks Online
• All payments are processed securely by Intuit

5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services, including:

• QuickBooks Online (Intuit): For invoicing and payment processing
• Communication Services: For SMS and email notifications

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Wasatch Cleaners or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wasatch Cleaners, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wasatch Cleaners regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
